Treat yourself: This fruity gin bellini is easy to make at home

As part of our Malfy Cocktail Evenings in association with IMAGE, TV presenter Darren Kennedy demonstrates how to make a twisted bellini. Infused with blood oranges, this gin cocktail combines peaches and prosecco for a sweet and fizzy tipple.

Now, more than ever, it is so important to keep up our spirits and treat ourselves every once in a while.

Whether that means an at-home spa day or a Netflix night with a few cocktails, this bellini is simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

Made with just minimal ingredients, it contains the usual peach puree and prosecco but also adds a unique twist – gin infused with Sicilian blood oranges.

Try Malfy Con Arancia gin; it tastes of rich bittersweet citrus and pairs perfectly with the sweeter ingredients.
