Leah Morgan: A week in my wardrobe

by Leah Morgan
21st Jan 2024

An Irish fashion and beauty creator as well as one half of the Oversharing is Caring podcast, Leah Morgan is drawn to cosy outfits in bright colours. She shares a week in her wardrobe with us.

MONDAY

I had a quiet start to my week working from home so popped out at lunch. I always find myself in a comfy and casual outfit on days like these. Wearing one of my favourite wardrobe pieces, this leather jacket from Lioness Fashion – it’s a staple! I love to incorporate some colour with knits and jumpers and of course some cosy accessories for these colder days.

TUESDAY

I started my day meeting up with friends in the city, grabbing a coffee and catching up! I love a simple easy-to-style outfit so a pair of my favourite denim jeans from Motel Rocks, a simple tee and a bomber jacket was the perfect combination. I teamed it with one of my favourite Jacquemus bags – it’s so great for styling through all seasons!

WEDNESDAY

I had a meeting in the afternoon and then headed back into the city for work for the day. I picked this Bardot jumper up from ASOS a few months ago and it’s definitely a favourite style to wear. It’s so nice to dress up or down. For today, I just paired it with a comfy pair of tracksuit pants and trainers.

THURSDAY

After work, I was heading out for date night. Again wearing a Bardot-style ribbed dress I’ve had in my wardrobe for years! As much as I love colour, you can’t beat a neutral fit so I threw on some brown accessories to match. I think the shape of this dress is flattering, it’s definitely a favourite style to wear.

FRIDAY

Friday was another work-from-home day so keeping it casual again. I love to keep some colour in my wardrobe to slowly transition into SS fashion. I am so ready for the brighter seasons! Wearing a cosy pink cardigan, my trusty ASOS denim jeans and keeping it pink with my accessories too. My pink denim Coach bag is the perfect everyday essential and I have been loving these Adidas trainers I picked up recently.

SATURDAY

I spent the day back in the city doing some shopping and grabbing lunch. Red is a colour I have loved to incorporate into my wardrobe this winter and I adore this faux fur coat I recently picked up from ASOS. I let the coat do the talking and kept it nice and simple underneath. Wearing a black tank from 4th Arq, dark flared jeans and my trusty Nasty Gal boots I’ve had years! I really loved this outfit.

SUNDAY

A Sunday for me always means relaxing, recharging and setting up for the week ahead so you will always catch me in either my PJs or a comfy co-ord. I headed out for a fresh winter walk wearing this matching set, Adidas sambas trainers and layered up with this faux fur coat. I love red accessories, they’re such a nice way to incorporate some colour into your wardrobe!
