Inside Soho House and Manchester’s Finest’s intimate dinner with Solstice by Kenny Atkinson in Note, Dublin
Soho House, Cities Without Houses and Manchester’s Finest joined forces to bring Michelin-starred restaurant Solstice by Kenny Atkinson to an exclusive dinner at Michelin-listed bistro and wine bar, Note, in Dublin.
The series of One Night Only dinners curated by Soho House and Manchester’s Finest came to Dublin this month, to take over the beautiful Michelin-listed bistro and wine bar Note. The event series gives Cities Without Houses members the opportunity to experience Michelin-recognised restaurants in unique settings through one-off dining experiences.
Head Chef Scott John-Hodgson of Michelin-starred restaurant Solstice by Kenny Atkinson and his team cooked an eight-course tasting menu for 50 guests, featuring several signature dishes from Solstice’s seasonal offering, each specially adapted using locally sourced Irish ingredients, from Connemara oyster and Killybegs haddock to Sliabh Aughty heather honey.
