Introducing the IMAGE Wellness Project Autumn 2024

Join us as we kick off our expert-led series on all things wellness, exploring everything from mindfulness and manifestation, to restful sleep and career balance.

September always feels like the start of a new year – the perfect time to pause, reflect and realign before business begins again. To help you get started on the right foot, we’re welcoming back the IMAGE Wellness Project this autumn.

Through a series of interviews, videos, events and a podcast with leading well-being experts, we’re taking a holistic approach to our health, so that self-care isn’t put on the back burner as the busy season picks up again.

What to expect

We’re covering seven facets that form our overall well-being – sleep, hormones, mindfulness, self-care, career balance, gut health and sexual wellness. For the next three months, follow along to gain valuable knowledge and the tools you need to restore balance and form a routine to be the best version of yourself.

So, stay tuned and check our Wellness Hub for regular updates, as experts like MD of Meaghers Pharmacy Oonagh O’Hagan, health coach Rebecca Holland, career consultant Angela Burke, sexpert Dr Caroline West, transformation coach Tara Rafter, founder of GROUND Wellbeing Peigín Crowley, and health scientist Tom Coleman guide us on how to develop habits that will help you function, flourish, thrive and feel good, no matter what stage of life you are in.

First up, we have pharmacist and MD of Meaghers Pharmacy Group Oonagh O’Hagan as she answers your burning questions about all things gut health – from how it impacts your overall well-being to the best supplements to support it. Tune in on Sunday, September 1 to hear her incredible insights on the IMAGE Wellness Project Podcast.

The IMAGE Wellness Project is powered by Meaghers Pharmacy and in association with Activia, its4women, Irish Life Health, and KIND. Visit our Wellness Hub to follow weekly updates including interviews, videos and podcast episodes with leading wellbeing experts.
