The juggle is real: Let’s talk about it at the first Motherload Live Event

Join us for our first Motherload event, where we speak to Hannah Saunders and Sarah Battle – two phenomenal women who are juggling careers, kids, and all the chaos that comes with both.

Motherhood. Career. Life. How do we make it all work? Some days we’re nailing it, and other days… well, let’s just say coffee and dry shampoo are doing some serious heavy lifting.

Join us for the first-ever Motherload Live Event, where we’ll have a real, honest conversation about what it’s *actually* like to be a mum who works – inside the home, outside the home, or anywhere in between. Hosted by IMAGE Editorial Director Dominique McMullan, this is a morning to drop the guilt, and just be with the women who get it.

Dominique will be joined by the brilliant Hannah Saunders – mum to Brody, fur-mum to Chip and founder of Hannah Saunders PR agency, and Sarah Battle, mum to five children and a hugely successful digital creator. They are two phenomenal women who are juggling careers, kids, and all the chaos that comes with both.

Together they’ll talk about:

  • The power of the modern village, and why we need community more than ever
  • Learning to let go of perfection and embrace good enough parenting
  • Maternal mental health and when to seek help
  • The little things that actually help when you’re drowning in to-dos
  • How they really feel about ‘having it all’ (spoiler: it’s complicated)
  • The importance of building a support system that actually works for you
  • The societal structures that support mums… and the ones that don’t
  • The changes they would love to see to make life easier for families of every shape and size

Kids are absolutely welcome, because we know all too well that sometimes childcare just isn’t an option. That said, space is a little tight, so if you’re bringing a bigger buggy, just keep that in mind – we want everyone to be comfy!

Whether you’re surviving, thriving or just in need of a day out, do come along. We would love to see you. Let’s lighten the load, together.

Please be aware that this event will be filmed for promotional purposes. If you have any concerns about your image being captured, don’t hesitate to let our team know, and we will ensure that you are not included in the filming.

Hannah Saunders, Founder of Hannah Saunders PR

Hannah Saunders is mum to Brody, fur-mum to Chip and founder of Hannah Saunders PR. With over 10 years’ experience in the Public Relations and Influencer Marketing Industry, Hannah has been at the forefront of some of the most talked about PR campaigns working between Dublin, New York and London. Hannah’s association with internationally recognised brands such as Gillette, AVON, Fitness First, P&G, Easilocks, Never Fully Dressed, Spotlight Oral Care, Therapie Clinic, Pretty Lavish and Outdazl, to name but a few, enabled the young, creative and determined company to be born.

Sarah Battle, Content Creator

Sarah Battle is a dynamic force, juggling life as a mum of five (three boys and two girls, all under 9), living in the West of Ireland while thriving as a full-time content creator. A former Home Economics teacher, she shares a vibrant mix of interiors, fashion and food, all infused with her love for travel and the sea. Her ‘house by the white thorns,’ featured on RTÉ’s Home Of The Year and garnered her widespread acclaim, but it’s her authentic portrayal of real, family life that truly resonates with her audience.
