Join us for Focus – The Struggle of The Juggle – in Galway

Join us for our next networking event in Galway on March 19, and hear experts' top tips for working and thriving in modern times.

Spring has sprung! The IMAGE Business Club is returning to Galway, and we’re so looking forward to an evening of outstanding networking, chatting and sharing of ideas as we all try to power ahead in the working world.

Join us at the Radisson RED Hotel on the evening of Thursday, March 19, for Focus – the Struggle of the Juggle as we recognise the challenges associated with multi-tasking, plate-spinning, side-hustling, and (allegedly!) ‘having it all’. We’ll share insights on working and thriving in modern times, along with a few tips, solutions and paths to a more peaceful and productive way forward.

In addition to offering plenty of opportunities to meet peers in a social, enjoyable environment, we’ll enjoy a keynote address from Tara Rafter (@thenavigationcoach), who’ll help us create the most productive way of working for 2026. This will be followed by a lively panel discussion with Maggie Mangan, founder of Cloon Keen; content creator Joanna Cluskey; Lisa Holt, group managing director, recruitment, Cpl; and Niamh Ryan, co-founder of Ella & Jo; moderated by IMAGE contributing editor, Melanie Morris.

We will have cocktails served from 6pm courtesy of Micil Gin and Poachers Drinks from 6pm that evening, and all attendees will leave with a stunning Ground Wellbeing gift bag at the end of the night.

6pm – 7.15pm: Mingle over cocktails and canapés

8.30pm – 9pm: Meet the speakers and network further

Joanna Cluskey, Content Creator

Joanna Cluskey is an Irish personal stylist, fashion and beauty content creator, and model best known for her Instagram platform StyleByJo.ie. With a natural eye for style and a passion for empowering women to feel confident in what they wear, Joanna has built a loyal community by sharing fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and travel content that resonates with a modern audience – particularly women in their 40s and beyond. She specialises in colour analysis, building a capsule wardrobe, personal shopping and creating accessible style tips that help her audience look and feel their very best.

Beyond styling, Joanna collaborates with brands, hosts style masterclasses and events and works as an ambassador within her community – all while promoting confidence, self-expression, and fashion that feels personal and purposeful.

Maggie Mangan, Founder of Cloon Keen

Belonging to a place is so much more than simply a point on a map to Cloon Keen founders Margaret Mangan and Julian Checkley. Canadian-born, to Irish parents, Margaret grew up in Newfoundland. Julian is a set designer and model maker. They met in the West of Ireland, working on a film production. On set, they created worlds that help to tell a film’s story, worlds for people to believe in. Today, the same holds true of Cloon Keen’s perfumes and candles.

The right scent can create a world of its own; it can transport you, through imagination and memory, to the past, to a place – real or imagined, to a mood and a way of feeling. The inspiration for Cloon Keen is Ireland and, more specifically, Galway, Connemara and the West. What does it mean to be Irish? To be of, or belong to a country that has sent its people around the world, that has had a profound global influence through poetry, music and song.

Lisa Holt, Group Managing Director, Recruitment, Cpl

Lisa Holt has 24 years of operations, leadership, and service delivery experience within Cpl. She is responsible for multiple high-performing specialist teams with over 200 recruiters in Dublin and throughout Ireland. Her divisions recruit across a sectoral mix of technology, financial services, legal, HR, marketing, multilingual, sales, retail and commercial throughout Ireland and Cpl’s Executive Search brand.

Lisa is also over Cpl’s MSP in Microsoft, where they have 120 employees in many different disciplines. She is a member of the executive team in Cpl and reports directly to their CEO, Lorna Conn.

Niamh Ryan, Co-founder of Ella & Jo

Launched in 2017 by Niamh Ryan, a skin therapist from Ballina, Co Mayo, and renowned make-up artist Charlene Flanagan, Ella & Jo has become a household name in Ireland and is rapidly expanding its reach worldwide. The brand’s signature combination of vibrant, fun products with clinical-level skincare results has earned them a devoted following, with their products now in one of five Irish homes and sold in over 50 countries.

Niamh’s path to founding Ella & Jo was deeply personal. As a teenager and young adult, she battled severe skin issues that eroded her self-esteem and led her to rely on the harsh acne medication Roaccutane. While the treatment helped, it was an isolating and painful experience. “It left me feeling vulnerable,” shares Niamh. “I knew there had to be a gentler, more effective way to help people regain their confidence.”
