When life is moving a million miles an hour, there's nothing quite like those little pockets of calm amidst the chaos – whether it's sinking into a warm bath, cosying up with your little one or slipping into freshly washed sheets after a long day. Here, Team IMAGE share their favourite 'FOXFORD moments' of late that have brought peace and meaning. (Plus, enter for your chance to win an amazing prize below!)

Doireann Murray, Chief Revenue Officer

My life is pretty hectic at the moment. At the end of a busy work week, my FOXFORD moment is coming home and switching off from the world. There’s nothing better than sinking into a warm bath, then climbing into a freshly made bed with my favourite FOXFORD bedsheets. With the evening sun shining in the window, my furbabies curled up around me, sinking back into my pillows with a good book in hand. It’s those much-needed quiet and simple moments that mean the most to me.

Lizzie Gore-Grimes, Editor-in-Chief

Sharing a house with three teenagers and a dog can be very loud and chaotic. Someone is always shouting through the house, inevitably trying to locate a missing charger or shoe. Often, the garden is the only place to go to get away from them all.

My FOXFORD moment is glancing out the kitchen window to see Alanna finding a moment of comfort and quiet, wrapped in her favourite blanket, furry friend by her side, as she studies for her end-of-year exams.

There’s nothing I love more than my mum coming to stay. Life can feel so busy and full, so getting to spend time together means everything to me. One of my favourite rituals is getting the spare room ready for her arrival: fresh sheets, plumped pillows and the little touches to make the room feel calm and welcoming, just the way she always does when I visit home. I always want her bedroom to feel like a little hotel escape, somewhere she can completely relax and switch off.

My FOXFORD moment is simply knowing she’s here, jumping in beside her in the mornings for our morning coffee and chats (you’re never too old) and having her close by again. I feel so grateful to have a mum like her and to be able to make our home feel like a place where she can truly rest. That is my FOXFORD moment.

Lauren Heskin, IMAGE Magazine Editor

With smallies, time goes by so quickly. I remember being encouraged in the newborn days to put her in her crib whenever she dozed off, her head lolling on my shoulder. Now, at 18 months old, I would do anything for a contact nap. I gratefully accept every opportunity to let her nuzzle her little head into my neck as she wraps her tiny fists in my hair, regardless of whether I’m awkwardly sat in the front seat of the car, sitting in the grass as her sister throws herself down the slide, or curled up on the sofa. I cover us both in her favourite blanket, warm in her familiar baby scent, and just bask in being her safe place. That is my FOXFORD moment.
