With Instagram making model-off-duty style just as appealing as the fantastical looks observable on the runways, we find out what life off the runway is really like for some of Ireland’s best known faces.
I don’t cut out food groups, but I eat more grains, protein and vegetables. Because I work out a lot, if I want a bit of chocolate, I’m going to have it and not kill myself over it. And let’s be honest, there are times when only chocolate will make us feel better!
Cleanse, tone, moisturise, eye cream – it’s that simple. It doesn’t matter what products you use, it’s the ritual of doing it that will make your skin glow. I do it three times a day. In the morning, after the gym and before I go to bed. I drink plenty of water too, which really helps.
Most listened to track

Lazy day outfit

Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami, €14.20.

My face never tans, so I’ve started to use Lancôme Soleil Bronzer Sun BB Cream SPF 50, €29.50, as a light base, with Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster, €23.50. Just add a few drops of the tanning oil to your everyday face cream for a natural glow.
I love any place that does great coffee. My top picks in Dublin are Clement & Pekoe on South William Street and Kaph on Drury Street. When I’m abroad, I seek out quirky cafés where I can people-watch.
