Our top 8 picks from Arnotts’ new Beauty Hub

Our top 8 picks from Arnotts’ new Beauty Hub

The world has gone skincare mad with almost everyone talking about their routines and the myriad of products they use. This level of skincare devotion was previously reserved for beauty editors and make-up artists, but these days it seems everyone has an acid, a serum and a selection of moisturisers on the go. So you can only imagine our excitement at the launch of the Beauty Hub in Arnotts. Unlike the rest of the beauty hall which has individual counters for each brand, this more like a beauty lovers mecca with over 50 niche beauty brands for you to peruse. If you aren’t a complete skincare nerd the sheer amount of brands they stock may be slightly overwhelming, so we’ve compiled our best from the bunch to make it a little easier to navigate, a beauty map if you will.

Ouai Dry Texture Foam €30.00

As someone with straight, flat hair I am always on the hunt for something to give me volume and a bit of grit. This product is high on my wish-list, a foam that is applied to second-day, dry hair to give weightless texture, sounds slightly bonkers which is partly why I’m so curious. As a brand Ouai has so much hype surrounding it from it’s A-list following (Chrissy Teigen and the Kardashians are fans) as well as it’s innovative formulations.

Pixi Glow Tonic €23.50

A cult classic in the beauty world, this toner which combines glycolic acid and aloe vera gently exfoliates. This can be used daily and helps with the texture of the skin, helping you to achieve that glow.

REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask €35.00

A more heavy duty product that tingles on application, this mask is a peel that helps to rejuvenate dry, dull skin. Fantastic to use as we head into the winter months and our skin needs a little exfoliation and brightening.

Pestle and Mortar Pure Hyaluronic Serum €43.00

For skin that needs an injection of moisture this serum is a must. An Irish brand that’s aim has always been healthy and hydrated skin this has become their hero product, definitely one to stock up on.

The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil €9.80

A brand known for its high quality, affordable products, The Ordinary’s Rose Hip Seed Oil is completely unrefined. The brand’s ethos is selling ingredients in their purest form possible so you get the best results. If you have concerns about ageing and hydration this is a great one to add into your routine.

Sarah Chapman Overnight Facial €64.00

This is a beautiful, luxurious oil that feels like a treat applied before bed. A thicker texture than many other oils it’s a rich and ultra hydrating drink for thirsty skin.

Caudalie Make-Up Removing Cleansing Oil €19.00

An easy to use make-up removing oil that is made with all-natural ingredients. Doesn’t strip skin of moisture but leaves it feeling plump and clean. Bonus points from us as it’s packaged in a pump bottle, which is extra hygienic.

Aurelia Miracle Cleanser €92.00

With a spa-like smell of Chamomile and Rosemary this cleanser is uplifting to use first thing. With its creamy consistency it’s gentle on the skin whilst also leaving it squeaky clean.
