It’s freezing out there, but these 10 high street knitwear pieces are keeping me warm

It’s freezing out there, but these 10 high street knitwear pieces are keeping me warm

Anyone else feeling the chill in the air? Luckily for us, the high street is packed with gorgeous knitwear that’s cosy and chic in equal measure

We’re finally into that dreary autumn/winter transition, and while most of it is dull, dark and freezing, there are some upsides to the season — namely, the fabulous high street knitwear options that are finally available to us. From cropped cardigans to chunky grandad knits, cosying up in soft new knitwear makes the dark days all the sweeter.

Want to make the look your own for AW19? All you need to remember is that ‘more is more’ — embellishments, frills and flounces, interesting silhouettes and of course, plenty of colour. Plain neutral basics will always have a place in our hearts (and wardrobes) but who says we can’t have fun with our winter warmers too?

For a little style inspiration, check out our IMAGE edit of the very best high street knitwear pieces we’re loving right now.
