The IMAGE Wellness Project is back!

Join us as we kick off our expert-led series on all things wellness, exploring everything from mindfulness and meditation, to hormone health and female-focussed fitness.

More than half of women (51%) say they feel more stressed than they did a year ago (Deloitte). As we know all too well, these stressors can come from all aspects of our lives, whether it’s working long hours, the pressures of parenting, lack of sleep or exercise, etc – but the key is finding a harmonious balance that works best for you and your day-to-day lifestyle.

So, where do you start? That burning question is exactly why we’re returning with the IMAGE Wellness Project, powered by Meaghers Pharmacy and in association with Activia, its4women, Irish Life Health, KIND and Pestle & Mortar. This 12-week programme supports women to begin or reset their wellness journeys, whether your goal is to reduce overall stress, create calm moments, or make a few simple changes to feel like the best version of yourself.

What to expect

Through a series of interviews, videos, events and a podcast with leading well-being experts, we invite you to follow along as we cover six topics that impact your overall well-being: mindfulness and meditation, hormone health, stress management, female-focussed fitness, healthy eating and self-care.

First up, we have well-being specialist, meditation trainer and life coach Sinead Mooney as she answers your burning questions about all things meditation – from its benefits to best practices.

Other experts in the line-up include nutritionist and women’s hormone health expert Sophie Morris, wellness psychologist Dr Clodagh Campbell, female fitness specialist Emma Dowling, executive chef Gareth Mullins, and skin therapist and face yoga specialist Agnes Gajewska.

So, stay tuned and follow our Wellness Hub for regular updates as we gain valuable knowledge and tools from the experts, and learn how to develop habits that will help you function, flourish, thrive and feel good, no matter what stage of life you are in.
