As we enter 2026, it's time for a real-life reset. Join us for our next IMAGE The Motherload event, designed for mums who want to reconnect with who they are now
We want to let you in on something – as a mum, you don’t have to fade into a uniform of leggings and oversized jumpers. Despite what you might see around you, no chapter of motherhood requires you to disappear. As women, we know self-expression, especially through clothing and beauty, is deeply tied to confidence, comfort and visibility. At The Style Reset: Reclaim Your Look, Refine Your Self, we’re going to help you feel better in your skin at every stage of motherhood.
Taking place on Wednesday, January 28, The Style Reset: Reclaim Your Look, Refine Your Self is an IMAGE The Motherload event for women who want to reconnect with who they are now. Don’t get us wrong, we love our leggings as much as the next gal, but through thoughtful conversation and practical advice with a panel of mothers and experts who have been there – we’re going to give you some other (better) options. We know you have no time, so let us help you inject some JOY back into your personal style, and break it all down in the simplest possible way.
Join mum of three and fashion stylist Courtney Smith; influencer, mum and beauty editor Triona McCarthy; and artist and mum Audrey Hamilton as we celebrate style, colour, motherhood and feeling like ourselves again. Afterwards, join us as Nicola Connolly, Founder of Nunaïa, leads us in an intentional, breathing ritual to help us reset for the weeks ahead.

Meet the speakers
Courtney Smith, Fashion Stylist and Creative Director

Courtney Smith is an internationally recognised stylist and creative director whose career has spanned television, editorial and global fashion campaigns for over 17 years. Her work has appeared on the covers of IMAGE, ELLE Croatia, Sunday Times STYLE and after a decade sharing her own style on social media, she once appeared on vogue.com, who described her as “a cool girl”… a title she’d very much like to believe still applies, despite the current reality of snack crumbs, early mornings and dressing at speed.
Her client list includes Louis Vuitton, Brown Thomas, 4th Arq, etc, but today Courtney is just as interested in the quieter, more personal questions around style: how it shifts, how it survives, and how it can still bring joy during seasons of change.
Now a mother of three children under five, she is navigating the reality of creative ambition alongside early years of motherhood, redefining her relationship with getting dressed in a body and a life that looks very different to a decade ago.

Following the success of her YouTube series ‘Closet Confidential’, Courtney is launching a Substack and podcast in 2026 dedicated to redefining your personal style as something fluid and deeply individual. She is a thoughtful advocate for dressing with intention rather than perfection, and for finding confidence, pleasure and a sense of self in what we wear, whatever stage of life we’re in.
Triona McCarthy, Beauty Editor and TV Presenter

Triona McCarthy is a well-known face in the Irish beauty industry. Having been a beauty writer for over fifteen years, she has an array of knowledge in all areas, and prides herself on no-nonsense wisdom, rating only the products that really work. And as an accredited beauty therapist and make-up artist, it’s safe to say she knows her stuff.
Triona started her career in traditional media, but has since expanded into digital and so straddles the two areas. Whatever platform she may be working on, writing on, speaking on, you can guarantee she will be completely open, honest and transparent.
Triona has also worked on social media campaigns with Brown Thomas, TK Maxx, Wolford, Christian Louboutin, Giorgio Armani, and many more small independent brands and designers.
Audrey Hamilton, Artist and Designer

Audrey Hamilton is an award-winning artist, designer, founder and creative director of the AHA Brand.
When creating AHA | Apparel, she wanted to design unique, timeless pieces that embodied her art, captured expression, and encouraged people to be bold with their apparel choices. Each piece is part of the small collections of limited runs and availability, which allows AHA to play their small part in the slow fashion movement.
Audrey also won the EIR x VIP Publishing – Power Of Women Award for Best Creative.
