On Saturday, February 28, Liffey Valley invite you to take time for yourself at Move, Connect, Refresh – a thoughtfully curated wellness event created in partnership with IMAGE Media.
Designed to be uplifting and accessible, this event recognises that no matter what wellness means to you, there is something for everyone at Liffey Valley. Whether you’re seeking movement, mindful conversation, inspiration, or simply a moment to reset, this is your invitation to slow down and reconnect.
What to Expect
Move
Start the morning with an energising, gentle yoga session led by Vilte Jankunaite, designed to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged. Suitable for all levels, this movement experience focuses on moving your body in a way that feels good, wherever you are on your wellness journey. Following our movement session, you’ll enjoy a Q&A with Vilte, hosted by Dearbhla Lovett.
Connect
After a short interval, you will connect with an informative conversation, hosted by Editorial Director Dominique McMullan, joined by content creator and The Traitors Ireland star Vanessa Ogbonna, co-founder of Ella & Jo Charlene Flanagan, and wellness advocate and Sole Mates Dublin founder Aoibhinn Raleigh.
Expect honest conversation, expert insights, and practical takeaways spanning physical wellbeing, mental clarity and balance in everyday life.

Vanessa Ogbonna, Content Creator and The Traitors Ireland Star

Vanessa Ogbonna is a Nigerian-born Irish content creator, public speaker, and presenter based in Dublin. Renowned for her energetic and lighthearted personality, Vanessa uses her platform to create engaging content that sheds light on serious topics, fostering meaningful connections with audiences. Vanessa is most well known for her appearance on the first season of The Traitors Ireland, but spent over 15 years as a high-level soccer player in Ireland and the US. Since being sidelined by health-related issues, Vanessa has spent the last five years reimagining what wellness now means in this new season.
Charlene Flanagan, Co-Founder of Ella & Jo

Charlene Flanagan is the co-founder of Irish skincare brand Ella & Jo and an award-winning entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She is recognised for her authentic voice and her work in championing wellness, self-care and empowerment through both her brand and personal platform. At the heart of her work is a belief in simple, meaningful self-care and its power to support overall well-being.
Aoibhinn Raleigh, Wellness Advocate and Founder of Sole Mates Dublin

Aoibhinn Raleigh is a wellness advocate, community builder, and the founder of Sole Mates Dublin, a thriving, beginner-friendly running community built on connection, inclusivity, and movement for mental wellbeing. What began as a simple initiative to make running more accessible has grown into a powerful platform that encourages people of all abilities to prioritise both their physical and emotional health.
A passionate mental health advocate, Aoibhinn speaks openly about the transformative role movement can play in managing stress, building resilience, and fostering self-belief.
