Join us for Executive Presence: Embrace your Inner Leader

Join us for our next networking event on April 30 and learn how to build a presence that gets you noticed, respected, promoted, and funded.

Whether you’re a founder pitching for investors or an employee who wants to accelerate your leadership career, executive presence isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the difference between being in the room and being remembered as being credible in the room.

At our next IMAGE Business Club event, founder of the 3SIXTY Leaders Club and executive coach Lucy Gernon will be sharing the eight critical areas of executive presence that determine who rises to senior leadership and who secures investment, and the exact qualities top CEOs and investors assess when evaluating who’s ready. Attendees will identify their specific gaps and leave with a clear action plan to build a presence that gets you noticed, respected, promoted, and funded.

Lucy’s keynote will be followed by a deep-dive panel discussion, hosted by IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris. Discover more about executive presence and leading with power and purpose, through tales from the real world of business, courtesy of Marie Moynihan, SVP of HR at Dell Technologies, Kim O’Sullivan, founder of BrowAid, and Evelyn Moynihan, CEO of Kilkenny Design.

As a bonus treat for our members, the IMAGE Business Club will be offering a complimentary professional headshot studio live from the Dublin Royal Convention Centre, with five-minute slots available both before and after the live show. This is an exclusive opportunity to refresh your professional headshot with our incredible photographers.

Note: Bookings for the headshot studio are available to Business Club members only. The link to secure your timeslot will be shared with every member who books a ticket in advance, so please keep an eye on your emails.

Please note that due to anticipated demand, we will be operating on a strict schedule, and timeslots are unable to be rescheduled once booked.

Meet the speakers

Lucy Gernon, Founder of the 3SIXTY Leaders Club and Executive Coach

Lucy Gernon spent 20 years climbing the corporate ladder in US multinationals and smaller regional businesses, hitting every KPI, delivering every project, and still watching the promotion go to someone else, which fueled her imposter syndrome, overthinking and burnout. As an ambitious mother of three, she knows exactly what it feels like to be overworked, overlooked, and quietly wondering if she was the problem. She wasn’t. And neither are your audience.

That realisation, sparked by the loss of her father-in-law in 2020 at age 40, led Lucy to walk away from corporate and found her award-winning leadership development business, 360 LeadHERship and 3SIXTY Leaders Club, one of the world’s leading CPD-accredited programmes for scaling female entrepreneurs and leaders largely across STEM, FMCG, law, financial and professional services. She’s since coached 750+ clients globally, been featured in Forbes, built an award-winning business, and been backed twice by Enterprise Ireland, winning Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2024.

Marie Moynihan, SVP of HR at Dell Technologies

Marie Moynihan is the senior vice president of global human resources services at Dell Technologies. She leads a team of over 500 HR professionals globally who provide full life cycle HR services to team members, from onboarding and payroll to employee relations and site-based HR support, ensuring team members experience Dell as a great place to work in every country in which they operate.

In addition, she is responsible for their global HR approach and infrastructure to support M & A and HR Privacy & Compliance. Marie reports to the CHRO and influences all key HR decisions for the company. Marie has been with Dell for 24 years, holding a range of HR roles from business partner and HR leader for Dell EMEA, to talent management, chief diversity officer and global talent acquisition.

Before joining Dell, Marie worked for Intel Corporation, leading HR in their European manufacturing facility for eight years. She has also spent six years consulting in industrial relations with the Irish Business and Employers Confederation.  She is married with one son and lives in Co Wicklow.

Kim O’Sullivan, Founder of BrowAid

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, Kim has revolutionised the brow business within Ireland by bringing HD Brows to the forefront and, more noticeably, by being the first to bring Phibrows Microblading to our shores. Having been bestowed with the title of Phibrow Master, this enabled Kim to establish the PhiAcademy, Ireland’s first elite Microblading Training Academy.

Kim is the winner of numerous awards and accolades: IMAGE Magazine’s “Best Make-up Artist 2014″, “Best Brow Artist 2015”, “Best Brow Artist 2017”, and “Creative Businesswoman of the Year 2019”. She was also awarded “New Founder 2023” at VIP’s business awards and “Brand Launch 2023” by IMAGE. Celebrity clients include Pippa O’Connor Ormond, Amy Huberman, Louise Cooney, Rosie Connolly, Vogue Williams, Samantha Barry, Sabina Higgins and Brian Dowling.

Evelyn Moynihan, CEO of Kilkenny Design

Evelyn Moynihan is an Irish business leader and CEO of Kilkenny Design, known for her passion for championing Irish creativity and enterprise. With a strong background in retail, she has built her career around supporting local talent and bringing Irish makers and creatives to a wider audience, with Kilkenny Design now supporting over 250 Irish businesses.

In her role, she is deeply committed not only to promoting Irish makers and preserving heritage brands, but also to developing and growing her people — fostering a culture where teams are empowered, supported, and encouraged to thrive. She is equally focused on helping a new generation of Irish founders succeed. Evelyn is recognised for her belief in “Championing Green” and her dedication to showcasing the very best of Ireland’s culture and craftsmanship both at home and internationally.
