Meet the speakers
Anne Conlon, Managing Director, All About Sales

Anne Conlon is an expert in sales, culture change, and leadership development. She is the founder of Conlon Talent Development and All About Sales, delivering high-performance training and coaching programmes across a wide range of sectors in Ireland and the UK.
Anne is passionate about helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable growth through effective leadership, strong sales performance, and positive workplace culture. In addition to her business, she lectures part-time in the School of Business at ATU, sharing her industry expertise and practical insights with future business professionals.
Joanne Byrne, Director, Presence PR

Joanne set up Presence PR with Sinead Ryan in January 2003 and has, over the past two decades, handled the PR requirements for some of the biggest brands from Aldi and Avène to Currys and Cosentino.
She and her team have launched rollercoasters, shows and festivals and she also heads up Presence People, acting as an agent for some of Ireland’s most well-known faces and voices, including Lucy Kennedy, Nicky Byrne and Andrea Gilligan. Joanne has always had an interest in film and has acted as unit publicist on a number of films, including most recently Small Things Like These, Abigail and Steve.
Karen Reilly, Consultant, Marketing Collective Agency

Karen Reilly is a marketing strategist with over 15 years of experience building brands, leading teams, and driving commercial growth across Ireland and international markets. She is also a master NLP practitioner and certified life & business coach, using NLP and coaching strategies to bring behavioural insight and human psychology into marketing, brand strategy, and team development, while occasionally finding herself behind the lectern at Griffith College.
With a proud third-generation Guinness heritage, Karen rightly started her marketing career at Guinness, before moving into brand marketing with Kerry Group and later leading the Red Bull brand in Ireland during one of its strongest commercial periods. She later led marketing for the Irish brand Fulfil during its breakthrough entry and growth in the US market and eventual acquisition by The Hershey Company in 2025.
In 2019, Karen set up Marketing Collective Agency, working across strategy, innovation, and team development for clients including Fulfil Ireland & UK, High Noon, and multiple brands within the tech and financial services sector, as well as Irish brands including SiSú, Gino’s Gelato, Ella House, and Odaios, among many more…
Karen has had a zigzag career, rooted in marketing, communications and coaching, with some unexpected segues including lead make-up artist on a shoot for Def Leppard and launching a SPAR campaign dressed as a six-foot orange alongside David Gillick and Derval O’Rourke on the UCD running track- but that’s for another day!
Marissa Carter, Founder & CEO, Cocoa Brown Tan

Marissa Carter is the founder and CEO of Cocoa Brown Tan, the Irish company that has revolutionised the self-tanning process. Cocoa Brown is the world’s first one-hour tan and has gained cult status internationally among celebrities and beauty editors, from the pages of Teen Vogue to the Oscars red carpet.
