Heralding our fifth year of IMAGE Business Club Live events, we return to The Dublin Royal Convention Centre on the evening of Wednesday, February 18, for an enriching session, centred around the topic our members have voted as the number one they want to learn more about – presenting.

Do you feel you need to hone your boardroom skills? Or maybe you want to feel more confident speaking up in a business setting? If you have keynotes or presentations you want to ace in 2026, or are keen to get social media working to your financial advantage but are hesitant to get in front of the camera, this event is for you, as we’ll cover the lot!

Over the course of the evening, we’ll hear from Rowan Manahan, The Presenter Mentor, who has worked with CEOs, broadcasters, entertainers and business founders to get their message on point. A professional with a wealth of experience, Rowan will deliver a keynote on how to work on both confidence and content in public speaking, before joining a panel discussion with executive coach Fiona Buckley and Belle Brush founder (and 2025 IMAGE PwC Young Businesswoman of the Year) Nancy Costello, moderated by IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris.

Fiona has extensive experience working with Irish businesswomen on work behaviour and communication, while Nancy’s Belle Brush was the best-selling hairbrush on Ireland’s TikTok Shop in 2025, as a result of her regular live sessions. Both will share tips on how they have found their own voice and presenting style, and how they use it to memorable advantage.

This event will offer plenty for attendees to learn from, and adopt in both business and ‘real life’ situations, along with an elevated opportunity for networking with your fellow IMAGE Business Club members, both before and during the evening.

We’ll have the Tanqueray Gin and Poachers Drinks Tonic lined up and ready from 6pm, and as always, a gift for all attendees on departure.

Meet the speakers

Rowan Manahan, Public Speaking Coach and Consultant 

Rowan Manahan transforms his clients’ narratives, delivery, and above all, attitude to public speaking. He has been railing against bad presenters, self-indulgent speaking, and death by PowerPoint for over 20 years – and when looking at the waves of appalling communication out there, he has been about as successful as King Canute. Nevertheless, he soldiers on…

Prior to founding his consulting firm, Rowan worked in the multinational environment, gaining experience in strategic roles at the global and regional levels. He is the author of two best-selling career books, serves as an adjunct lecturer with a range of Irish and European universities, and brings a pragmatic focus to his training, lectures and seminars.

He has contributed to pitches, roadshows, keynotes, and profile-building with everything from nascent start-ups to huge corporates, and everything in between; honing their stories and working with speakers on their presence, staging, and delivery. He also speechwrites in every sphere except politics and prepares clients for media appearances on television, radio and in print. Some of those clients call him “The Presenter Mentor”, and others (many others!) “The Insultant”.

Nancy Costello, Founder of The Belle Brush

Nancy Costello is the co-owner of The Belle Brush and InvisBelle, and she was named IMAGE Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025. Her brand ranks among the top 10 on TikTok Shop Ireland, with over 10,000 units sold, driven by a strong understanding of digital-first retail and community-led commerce.

A standout growth channel has been TikTok Live, now one of the fastest-growing channels for the business, enabling direct-to-consumer sales streamed live from the company’s warehouse in Galway. Nancy is passionate about modern retail, lean operations, and building scalable brands by meeting customers exactly where they are.

Fiona Buckley, Founder of She Speaks Agency

Fiona Buckley is an award-winning international keynote speaker and speaker coach. She is also CEO and founder of She Speaks Agency – Ireland’s first female speaker agency. She is also programme director, facilitator and coach for the Irish Management Institute (IMI) Advancing Women in Leadership programme for the past 10 years.

In 2023, Fiona delivered a motivational TEDx Talk in Ireland called “Getting Out of Your Own Way” and has just published her first book called The Courage to be You in the Workplace.
