The Winter Wine Gala is back! The highly anticipated foodie event is coming to Dublin’s The Marker Hotel next week, with a bounty of delicious delights for guests to enjoy.
On November 10, the five-star hotel will open its doors in partnership with fifth-generation winemakers, Familia Torres. Recently crowned the “most admired wine brand”, the Torres Family are known for their top-notch collection of sustainably conscious wines that evoke quality.
At the Winter Wine Gala, guests will get to indulge in wine tastings from the “Icons of Torress” range, paired with a five-course tasting menu by award-winning chef Gareth Mullins.
The dinner will start on the rooftop with canapés and aperitifs, where, weather allowing, shows a picturesque view of the city below. Then, they will make their way to the hotel’s modern restaurant The Brasserie and enjoy a five-course meal with ample wine tastings – the perfect way to kick off the holiday season!
