Which influencer WFH wardrobe are you?

Which influencer WFH wardrobe are you?

All dressed up with nowhere to go.

When the realisation kicked in that we all might be spending a very long time working from our kitchens, beds and couches, the full-time work-from-home community chimed in to say that it was very important that we all continued to get dressed every day as if we were going to work. “These poor people,” I thought, “with the establishment so ingrained in their psyche that they cannot see the joy in the getting to wear pyjamas all day.”

Yet, there I was, week one, already fed up of pyjamas and wearing dresses, white pants and earrings again. Sure, there are Uggs on my feet but if I could get away with that in the office, you better believe I would wear nothing but Uggs on my feet every day. No bra though, obviously.  I’m not a complete psychopath.

Some days I wear a summer dress, some days I wear a hoodie and leggings all day. There is no in between. While the novelty of wearing joggers everyday has worn off, and my jeans begin to look ever more desirable, I’m living through the wardrobe of influencers — those in elevated basics, those making loungewear look luxe, those parading around their homes in dresses and those who are sparking joy into their days with a wardrobe of neon brights. Which WFH wardrobe are you?
