From flowers to facemasks, how to pamper yourself this weekend

Sundays are for slowing down and recharging your batteries for the week ahead. So, run a bath and embrace the self-care this weekend.

In case you blinked and missed it, we’re now three months into 2024 (where did that time go!?)… which almost certainly means that your well-intentioned New Year’s resolutions of adopting a proper skincare routine and taking self-care seriously have long been abandoned. 

Anyone can look after themselves when they have the time, it’s when you don’t that it becomes all the more necessary. And with life seeming to only get busier, it’s more important than ever to ensure you’re taking a moment for yourself too. 

So, whether that means buying yourself a bouquet of flowers, treating yourself to your favourite (slightly more expensive) moisturiser or splashing out on a nifty light therapy device, here are some of our favourite ways to spoil ourselves.
