Looking for a new smoothie to shake up your routine? We got you

Fresh Fennel Smoothie with Mint

Gluten-free & raw
Makes 2 large serves
Time: 3 minutes

Ingredients
800g apples
150g fennel
200g cucumber
125g banana
2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
1 handful of fresh mint

Method
Use a centrifugal juicer or slow juicer to juice the apples, fennel and cucumber. Place the juice in a blender and add the other ingredients to make a creamy smoothie.

You can also use a hand-held blender for this.

TIP You can prepare the smoothies beforehand and freeze them. Remove them from the freezer 20-30 minutes before serving.
