But the constant message that we are somehow not good enough, doesn’t sit well with everyone. Amanda Cassidy reports.

There’s a scene in the movie, The Matrix that always comes to mind when I consider personal development. Neo asks Trinity if she can fly a helicopter. “Not yet,’ she laments, while calling HQ to ask the operator to upload the programme to fly a B21-2 helicopter. A few clicks of the keys later and the information Trinity needs is immediately uploaded to her brain. ‘Ok, let’s go’ she nods to Neo a few seconds...
