Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Duo Concealer, €38, has been in my kit for nearly 20 years and has never let me down. I apply with a fluffy brush and lightly buff it onto the skin to cover spots, redness, pigmentation or dark shadows under the eyes. The coverage is quite strong so a little goes a long way.

My hair tool hero I always have with me is my Babyliss Pro Tongs, from €23.25. You need to have every tool with you as you could be asked to do anything! My hair tools consist of 6 tongs of all different sizes plus extra in case any go missing or break, two hairdryers, two flat irons and a crimper – just in case!

Shiseido Oil-Control Blotting Papers, €27, are always a must. They’re an ideal and hygienic way to control shine and keep skin looking and feeling fresh. Pat them into any area you want to reduce shine or help smooth your base. You can also use them for blotting down lipstick or cream blusher if you want a softer finish.
