Holly doesn’t identify as a vegan, however closely follows a plant-based lifestyle. She believes in treating food like your own best friend. “What were the times that you felt your best, and what were you doing? Piece together something individual and prescribed, because food, taste and nutrition, it’s so personal.”

Nutrition is a major step in the self-care journey. Being aware of what you are consuming and eating a balanced diet has an abundance of health and wellness benefits. Holly will explain how our food affects our body and mind.
