How To Wear Trainers Like Victoria Beckham

How To Wear Trainers Like Victoria Beckham

Can you name a fashion uniform more famous than that of Victoria Beckham? For quite some time now, VB’s signature style has comprised of sturdy jeans, a plain white T-shirt or slouchy shirt, and the perfect, ankle-crippling stiletto shoe. Whether she knows it or not, her style has set the foundation for seasonal trends that we continue to adapt into our wardrobes. But, unfortunately, it’s easier said than done to wear a pair of sky-high heels all day long with as much style and grace as VB. Not to mention the health problems associated with wearing killer shoes (literally).

In a change of pace, and as though she herself heard our podiatric cries, Beckham collaborated with classic sneaker brand Reebox. It was the breath of fresh air that we (and our feet) needed as we approach the year’s end.

For her first collaboration with Reebok (we’re optimistic that there will be more to come), the British pop and fashion icon opted for a subtle all-white colour-way in a classic all-white. While we’re used to seeing Beckham in structural pieces, feminine fabrics and glittery stilettos, her mission statement for the project was to help women to seek empowerment through fashion and comfort. We’re digging it, Vic.
