This week at IMAGE HQ, methods of self-care have been playing at the forefront of our minds. Whether it’s lighting a luxurious candle when it’s only you home, or making time to squeeze in a morning stretch, carving out a space to pause, reflect, and centre ourselves is an absolute daily necessity.

It’s the kind of thing that no one’s going to do for you except yourself, and there’s no better feeling than tucking yourself into bed knowing you’ve taken care of yourself that little bit extra.
