Natalie Farrell: A week in my wardrobe

by Edaein OConnell
15th May 2026

Natalie Farrell is a Dublin-based talent and brand manager at The Collaborations Agency. Prior to her current role, she worked as Communications and Press Officer at H&M for ten years, where she managed local PR, the H&M showroom, events and creator partnerships. Alongside her work in talent management, Natalie shares elements of her own life and personal style online. Her style is predominantly quite simple, staple pieces usually centred around one standout hero piece to elevate her looks – here is a week in her wardrobe.

MONDAY

Monday is a work-from-home day, so the vibe calls for something stylish but mostly comfortable. This co-ord from H&M with lace details delivers exactly that, presentable enough for calls, yet relaxed enough to keep that laid-back feel. Wearing my Gucci loafers to finish the look off, timeless and worth the investment. I always try to get dressed on WFH days. It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, it gives you that little lift you need to start the week off right.

TUESDAY

Office day today, so a little more effort was made, though comfort was still a priority. The weather hasn’t quite hit sunshine mode yet, so layers were a must. The star of the show is this trench from Damson Madder. It’s on the pricier side for a trench, but it comes with a detachable longline piece that takes it into autumn, essentially two coats in one, which makes the price tag a lot easier to justify. The rest of my look is H&M: cargo trousers, a tee, a mohair-blend cardigan and an H&M Studio collection bag, finished off with my Birkenstocks. I practically live in these.

WEDNESDAY

Back in the office today, and I wanted something a little more fun, so double denim it is. I’m in head-to-toe Adidas with some Ray-Ban sunglasses. The sun finally made an appearance, too, so it looks like sock-weather might actually be behind us.

THURSDAY

A bit more glam this Thursday as we celebrated 10 years of The Collaborations Agency, and the vibe was disco, which we delivered in bucketloads. Lots of metallics and statement pieces are finally getting their moment out of the wardrobe. H&M is well known for its designer collaborations over the years, and my previous role gave me access to some of those samples. I treasure every piece. For today: a Mugler blazer, Rabanne metallic top and heels, paired with Mango denim jeans.

FRIDAY

This was a very easy look for my second work-from-home day of the week. I paired a Damson Madder dress with my well-worn Asics trainers. My fur baby, Willow, approves of this look!

SATURDAY

My favourite day of the week is Saturday, and I have a weekend ritual. I start with a 9.15 am Hyrox class at Back to Basics gym, with my two pals, followed by coffee to debrief on why it never seems to get any easier. My look is a New Balance windbreaker, Calvin Klein leggings, and Adidas socks and trainers to finish – sport mode activated!

SUNDAY

Soccer mom duties called me on this Sunday, so a laid-back look felt very much in order. The tee and bag are from the latest Stella McCartney x H&M collaboration, which is such a good collaboration, paired with Arket jeans and my trusty Birkenstocks.
