One of Ireland’s leading make-up artists, Ken Boylan opened up his Drury St store in Dublin 2 in late 2011 and has launched his own brand Ken Boylan Makeup/Play, to much approval. We love, love, love his creamy, densely pigmented lipsticks, jewel-toned eyeshadows and particularly his foundations that serve as seamless skin perfectors. And it’s not just make-up, it’s also a REN skincare store where you can get a facial as well as brow grooming and Jessica manicures.

But the thing about this beauty boutique that marks it out from the rest is its original decor and displays (all direct from the make-up maestro’s quirky imagination!) and the fun you will inevitably have when you are there. Book a session with Ken and be prepared to both learn new make-up skills and also possibly laugh so much you’ll fall off your stool.
