Introducing the IMAGE Wellness Project 2025

Join us as we kick off our expert-led series on all things wellness, exploring everything from resilience and mindset, to self-love and career balance.

At IMAGE, we’ve always believed that wellness is more than just a passing trend. It’s personal. It’s powerful. It’s something we need to approach with intention, and that takes work. In creating The Wellness Project, we wanted to make a space that would feel like a deep breath in an increasingly loud world. And now, as we enter Season Three, that mission feels more important than ever.

For us, wellness is not about green juices or morning routines (although we occasionally love both). It’s about giving women the tools, the stories, access to the experts and the community to help them feel empowered and less alone. Most importantly, it’s about radical self-compassion. Slowing down. Starting again. And again. And again. Knowing when to say “Yes,” and when to say “Enough.” It’s about reminding each other that we’re worth the time, the energy, and the care. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

What to expect

This season, we’re bringing you honest, in-depth conversations with wellness leaders who live and breathe their craft. You’ll hear from Brian Pennie on resilience, Deliciously Ella on burnout and the power of ritual, Sophie Morris on navigating our modern food environment, Nadia Power and Ellen Keane on mindset, Yoga With Maura on softness and self-love, Niall O’Murchu on the power of breath, and many more.

We’re also shining a light on our own IMAGE team, who will be sharing the routines, rituals, and small daily practices that keep them grounded. From midday walks to five-minute meditation breaks, to late-night journaling sessions, you’ll get a peek at how we ourselves walk the wellness talk.

So, follow along as new episodes drop every Wednesday, and put yourself back at the top of your priority list.
