Your wellness journey starts here!

At IMAGE, we’ve always believed that wellness is more just than a passing trend. It’s personal. It’s powerful. It’s something we need to approach with intention. In creating The Wellness Project: we wanted to make a space that would feel like a deep breath in an increasingly loud world. And now as we enter Season Three, that mission feels more important than ever.

For us, wellness is not about green juices or morning routines (although we love both). It’s about giving women the tools, the stories, access to the experts and the community to help them feel empowered and less alone. Most importantly, it’s about radical self-compassion. Slowing down. Starting again. And again. And again. Knowing when to say “Yes,” and when to say “Enough.” It’s about reminding each other that we’re worth the time, the energy, and the care. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Follow along, and put yourself back on the priority list.

Together, they explore how diet culture combined with GLP-1 overuse has taught us to shrink and what it means to finally step away from that narrative. Niamh shares what intuitive eating really looks like, why pleasure and nourishment can beautifully co-exist, and how we can begin to rebuild trust with our bodies.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WEREN’T SCARED with Mark Fennell

In this episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project Podcast, Dominique McMullan sits down with life and business coach, author, and speaker Mark Fennell.

WHERE IRISH, TECHNO AND YOGA MEET with Yoga Le Naoise

RECONNECTING WITH YOUR INNER LIGHT with Miriam Hussey

We are back with season five of IMAGE Wellness Project and this week, host Dominique McMullan is joined by integrative health coach, yoga teacher, holistic healer and new author Miriam Hussey.

Together they explore what it means to live a soul-led life, the courage it takes to surrender, and the simple yet powerful ways we can reconnect with ourselves when we feel stuck in survival mode.

Miriam also shares the inspiration behind her new book Light Up, a guide to nourishing body, mind and soul in an “always-on” world.

STARTING AGAIN with Daniella Moyles

Writer, psychotherapist and founder of The Still, Daniella Moyles joins Dominique for the final episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project Podcast.

Daniella’s story is a brave one. Once a model and radio DJ, her life changed dramatically after a panic attack forced her to stop and listen. That moment led her on a journey through travel, self-reflection, therapy and eventually to building The Still, an online space for those seeking real-life emotional change.

Together, Dominique and Daniella explore the experience of panic attacks, the power of stillness, the mind-body connection, and why naming our needs can be a radical act of healing.

REBELLING AGAINST DIET CULTURE with Yoga With Maura

What if your body wasn’t a problem to solve?

In this episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project, Dominique sits down with Maura Rath (@yogawithmaura) to talk about finding peace with your body, rebelling against diet culture and learning to move for joy – not punishment.

Together they explore how to quiet the inner critic, reconnect to your body every day, and create communities where women feel safe showing up as they are. This is the conversation we all need in the age of Ozempic – full of light, laughter and gentle rebellion.

FINDING JOY with Ellen Keane & Nadia Power

How do you find joy outside achievement? Olympian Nadia Power and Paralympic gold medallist Ellen Keane join Dominique McMullan on the IMAGE Wellness Project for an open, inspiring conversation.

They share their mental health journeys, how they’ve learned to rest without guilt, and why they believe softness is strength. Ellen reflects on stepping away from elite sport and using her platform for representation and inclusion. Nadia speaks her break from competitive sport and launching a fitness brand.

This episode is a reminder that success doesn’t have to cost you your wellness – and that strength comes in many forms.

LETTING GO OF SHOULDS with Clare McKenna

What if wellness felt easy?

In this episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project podcast, Dominique sits down with Clare McKenna – broadcaster and health coach – for a refreshingly real conversation about what it means to be ‘well’.

They talk about burnout, perfectionism in wellness culture, and why Clare now prioritises ease and connection over rigid routines. This is an antidote to a culture obsessed with doing more – and a reminder that your worth isn’t tied to how “productive” you are.

SUPERMARKET SWAPS with Sophie Morris

We think we know our food. But the truth is, many of us have been misled by packaging and “health” claims for years.

Sophie Morris wants to change that. The creator, nutrition coach and cookbook author joins the latest episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project, to talk ultra-processed foods, misleading “health-halo” labels, and the swaps, philosophies and insights that have made her one of Ireland’s most influential food voices.

She’s the trusted voice helping hundreds of thousands of us decode food labels and shop smarter. Expect honest advice, clever hacks and inspiration for your next supermarket shop.

BUSTING ONLINE HEALTH MYTHS with Dr Karan Rajan

In this special episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project, Dominique is joined by NHS surgeon, bestselling author and TikTok science star Dr Karan Rajan.

Together they explore some of wellness’ buzziest trends through the lens of medical science from gut health and metabolism to supplements, sleep, longevity and more.

Curious if fermented foods actually boost your mood? Wondering whether creatine is just for bodybuilders? This is your evidence-based deep dive into health habits that truly work.

BREATH with Niall Ó'Murchú

What if the secret to feeling better – in your body, your mind, and your life – was something as simple as your breath?

This week, Dominique McMullan speaks to Níall Ó’Murchú, breathwork expert, bestselling author and co-founder of The Blissful Breath Academy. In this soulful episode, Niall shares how breath can be a doorway to resilience, healing, and even joy… especially in a world that keeps us overwhelmed and disconnected.

From panic attacks and burnout to spiritual growth, nature connection and everyday peace, this conversation is a reminder that the most powerful wellness tool we have… is already within us.

Get Better With Chris: Addiction, self-worth and starting again

This week on The IMAGE Wellness Project, Dominique is joined by Chris Connolly – also known as Get Better With Chris.

Chris grew up in Fatima Mansions. He struggled with addiction, self-worth, and ended up in a psychosis fuelled by cocaine and alcohol during lockdown. That was his rock bottom, but it also marked the beginning of his rebuild.

Since 2020, Chris has slowly pieced his life back together with help from professionals – reconnecting with himself, his family, and his beautiful daughter Lucy. His journey is one of resilience, deep self-reflection, and hard-won transformation.

In this moving conversation, Chris opens up about what addiction really looks like, what helped him come back to himself, and why honesty, and showing up exactly as you are, are the most important tools for change.

It’s a story about what happens when you finally stop running from yourself, and start running for something greater.

Claire Walsh: Holding your breath to find your strength

Free-diver Claire Walsh has been to the depths, both underwater and within herself.

In this powerful episode, she sits down with Dominique to talk about the journey from living a life she thought she should want, to building a life that truly fits.

They dive into grief, body image, fear as a shape-shifter, and the quiet strength it takes to surrender when things don’t go as planned. Claire’s story is one of courage, resilience and deep trust in the body, in the process, and in the unknown.

Deliciously Ella: Wellness rooted in real life

In this special live episode of The IMAGE Wellness Project, recorded at WellFest, host Dominique McMullan is joined by Ella Mills – founder of Deliciously Ella – for an honest conversation about wellness that’s rooted in real life.

From navigating burnout to building a business, from motherhood to mindset, Ella shares the rituals and reflections that have helped her stay grounded. Together they unpack how the wellness space has evolved, how to set boundaries with compassion, and why small acts of care matter most.

This is a calming, inspiring listen for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the noise, and ready to reconnect with what really feels good.

Brian Pennie: The power of presence

Dominique McMullan sat down with Brian Pennie – neuroscientist, PhD, author, speaker, star of RTE’s “Hooked” and former heroin addict turned mindset expert – for a conversation about transformation…not just in the external sense, but on a deep, internal level.

His story is about more than overcoming addiction; it’s about waking up to life, breaking free from unconscious patterns, and learning how to truly live.

In this chat, he explains how to step out of that mental hamster wheel and into a state of stillness, presence, and genuine aliveness. Dominique and Brian dove into everything from the real meaning of resilience, to why we don’t have ‘problems’, we have ‘thinking problems’, and how to break free from patterns that keep us stuck.

Brian’s insights will stay with you long after you press pause.

Jennifer Rock, Loretta Dignam, Erica Drum & Sarah King: The Wellness Project guide to WellFest

Before WellFest 2025 took place, Dominique McMullan – IMAGE Media’s Editorial Director – managed to sneak in chats with some of this year’s headliners, including Sarah King (Head Of WellFest), Jennifer Rock (aka The Skin Nerd), TV Chef Erica Drum and Loretta Dignam, Founder of The Menopause Hub.

If you couldn’t make it in person this year, don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered, this episode is like a mini WellFest all in itself – packed with tips, insights and real talk from the pros. Erica Drum shares family?friendly recipes that are quick, nutritious, and delicious. Loretta Dignam busts some stubborn menopause myths and Jennifer Rock, aka “The Skin Nerd,” tells us how she’s stayed so resilient throughout a year filled with personal highs and lows.
