The IMAGE Wellness Project 2025 brought two days of inspiration, wellbeing and personal growth to Windmill Lane Quarter – see all the action here.

The IMAGE Wellness Project 2025 took over Windmill Lane Quarter on October 4 and 5, bringing two unforgettable days of wellness, personal growth and good vibes.

Hosted by Dominique McMullan, the live event gathered some of the leading voices in wellbeing, motivation and mental health.

Day one saw attendees starting their weekend by tuning into their bodies with Jen Healy and Dr Mary Ryan during ‘Regulate and Reset Your Nervous System.’ Later, Niamh Orbinski sat down with Dominique to explore mindful eating in the era of social media and diet culture, followed by Sarah Tobin leading a soothing Tapping Ritual, leaving everyone balanced, calm and ready to embrace the weekend.

Day two was all about confidence, resilience and harmony between mind and body. Mark Fennell kicked off the morning with an energising talk on ‘Mastering Resilience and Unlocking Confidence.’ Attendees then enjoyed a candid conversation with Ashley Duane and Lee Tracey, sharing their best routines and rituals to stay grounded as we head into winter. The weekend closed beautifully with Audrey O’Connor guiding a healing sound bath, leaving everyone feeling restored and connected.
