Join us on Sunday, June 22 for an energising run (and coffee) at the IMAGE Wellness Project: Sole Steps with Sole Mates.

As part of the IMAGE Wellness Project, we’ve teamed up with Sole Mates founder Aoibhinn Raleigh for a feel-good start to your Sunday, complete with movement, community spirit, and of course, coffee.

We’ll be meeting outside the local favourite Park Lane Deli in Chapelizod at 9.30am, where you’ll be greeted by Aoibhinn and the IMAGE team. Aoibhinn will lead a guided warm-up to get everyone feeling loose and motivated before setting off on a scenic 5K run through the Phoenix Park.

We’ll finish back where we started – at Park Lane Deli – for a post-run cooldown, a chance to chat and a well-earned coffee (on the house, thanks to the lovely team at Park Lane!).
