Taking place across two inspiring days, the IMAGE Wellness Project 2025 live event is dedicated to wellness, mindset, and personal growth.

Join us on October 4 and 5 for two inspiring days dedicated to wellness, mindset, and personal growth, hosted in the vibrant heart of Windmill Lane Quarter. The IMAGE Wellness Project, hosted by IMAGE editorial director Dominique Mc Mullan, brings together leading voices in wellbeing, motivation, and mental health for a curated programme of talks, tools and takeaways designed to leave you feeling inspired, empowered and recharged.

Day 1 (Saturday, October 4) will equip attendees with tools to understand and work with their bodies, learning better balance amidst the noise of everyday stresses and stimuli, commencing with a “Regulate and Reset your Nervous System” session led by prominent wellness coach and holistic leader Jen Healy alongside Dr Mary Ryan, so you can start your day by tuning in to your body. Non-diet nutritionist Niamh Orbinski will then sit down with Dominique McMullan to discuss how we can approach eating well with a healthy mindset, in the era of food noise, diet culture and social media. Following these two constructive sessions, EFT practitioner and life coach Sarah Tobin will guide attendees through a unique and beneficial Tapping Ritual, so you can resume your Saturday feeling settled and in sync.

Day 2 (Sunday, October 5) will build on and complement the learnings from Day 1, while also standing alone as a fantastic workshop in developing confidence, healthy habits and harmony between body and mind. The fantastic life and business coach Mark Fennell will be joining us to kick off your Sunday with a rousing presentation on “Mastering Resilience and Unlocking Confidence”. Following this, Dominique McMullan will be joined onstage by pharmacist and content creator Ashley Duane and yoga teacher and sexual health expert Lee Tracey (co-founder of Reformation Studios). Ashley and Lee will share their best routines and rituals that develop harmony between your body and mind, especially as we head into the cold, chaotic winter months. Rounding out the day, intuitive guide Audrey O’Connor will lead the room in a gorgeous, healing Sound Bath, so you can feel at one with yourself after a fantastic morning (or weekend!) of wellness workshops.
