Social Pictures: The Maybelline End of Summer Party

Beauty buffs and makeup fans alike made their way to Umbrella Lane for an end of summer celebration, hosted by Maybelline. Transforming Zozoimus Bar into a colour-burst summer set, the beloved beauty brand’s newest summer launch products were tried and tested by a host of Ireland’s best-known faces.

Why were we there?

Celebrating the Maybelline summer range with a party to end all parties, a number of well-known faces on the Irish makeup scene gathered to bid summer adieu in the surrounds of Zozoimus Bar. With DJ Rob C on the decks throughout the evening playing the summer’s hottest hits, it was a fitting farewell to summer 2022.

Who was there?

Louise Cooney was on a pal date-night with Lorna Weightman, while the OG of Instagram Grace Mongey Gernon stepped out at her first event since she and her husband Chris tied the knot last month. The fabulous Pamela Laird was in attendance alongside make-up artist to the stars Dearbhla Keenan, Irish Paralympic swimmer and bronze medallist Ellen Keane, and fashion stylist Lorna Duffy. Ireland AM guest host Paul Ryder was also spotted chatting to former Xpose producers Debbie O’Donnell and Patrick Kavanagh.

Top trend-setting Tiktokers Lauren Whelan, Shauna Davitt, Sequana O’Brien, Ciara Ryan and Mis McGreevy were also in attendance at the Maybelline event.
