No-churn, 3-ingredient Oreo ice cream

Rumours of a heatwave have reached our ears and we are desperately hoping against hope that the promised sun will materialise. Let the Oreo ice cream making commence!

No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream
Makes 6-8 portions

Ingredients

  • 500ml cream, whipped

Method

Place the condensed milk in a bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mix into a Tupperware container and stir in the bashed up biscuits.

Place in the freezer for six hours or overnight. Then let the gorging commence…
