Married to Johnny Depp and an impressive actress in her own right, this week we are majorly girl-crushing on Amber Heard, mostly because we saw her in Magic Mike XXL (she stars as Channing Tatum’s ambiguous?love interest), in which she was jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Though we’ve only really been familiar with her over the last two or three years, the 28 year old has been acting since 2005, appearing first in the Oscar nominated North Country in which she played Charlize Theron’s character in flashbacks.

After nailing parts in Zombieland, Pineapple Express and 2011’s The Rum Diary (which is where she came into contact with Mr Depp), Amber Heard was officially on the map. Of all the roles she’s had and will have, however, we can’t imagine anything will be as fun as playing Zoe in Magic Mike XXL. Sitting on a chair while Channing Tatum does his thang all around you (and on you)? Nothing could beat that; sorry, Johnny Depp. Next up for Amber Heard are roles in London Fields with Cara Delevingne and The Danish Girl with Eddie Redmayne.

To the right, we chronicle some of her best red carpet appearances,?though it’s safe to say she’s never – not once – had a sartorial blunder. Sigh.
