It’s an average Saturday night, and your girlfriends keep nagging you about a last minute night on the town. You’re already panicking; you’ve nothing to wear. After a long working week, dressing up isn’t even on your radar.

I’m here to inform you that you’ve another option – a better one. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be comfortable on a night out. All you need is plain old jeans or a pair of pants, and your favourite slogan t-shirt. They’re a fail-safe combo when you’ve nothing else to wear, and you’ve no time to even think about it. But the real power is in the styling. With a few flicks of your magic wand (curling wand included), the party can quickly transform from pyjamas to glamour in seconds, literally.

Dazzle yourself up with some cute accessories, like stacked necklaces and a quilted cross-body, or pair your skinny dark-wash jeans with a neon pink heel for extra sass. Without much effort and some simple styling adjustments, your outfit will be straight-up fashionista.

You probably already have everything you need to dress up your pants and t-shirt in a hundred and one ways. Learning how to dress up a t-shirt and jeans is a skill that everyone should master; all you need is a little bit of inspiration.

These Instagram superstars are seriously killing the street-style game. So next time you’re feeling slightly lazy on a Saturday night, or you’re all about just keeping it casual, freshen-up this ensemble with these cool-girl styling ideas and you’ll be good to go.
