We’re all guilty of overthinking (and overpacking) our holiday wardrobes, but this week’s Smart Casual is there to help you combat the endless battle of ‘just one more sundress’. Over the phone from her home in the U.S, Kate chats to Sarah about life in the fast lane of high fashion beauty, how her Irish sense of humour has taken her far, and her best advice for starting out in the world of editorial beauty.
