Smart Casual is IMAGE’s first fashion podcast, in collaboration with Kildare Village. In our bi-weekly chats, we examine why we wear the clothes we do and deal with personal style in a way that speaks to you.
On Thursday night, fashion lovers from all over Ireland gathered for a live recording of our fashion podcast Smart Casual in association with Kildare Village. It was a special event, as fans of the podcast got to listen up close and personal to our hosts and special guests chat about what has always been a very interesting topic on the show: ageless style.
Does your style change as you get older? Does your confidence around wearing certain things change? And what are the pieces that have (and will) last a lifetime? All this and more was discussed on stage with two very special guests: mature model Mary Dunne and style influencer Sandra Wilson.

To finish off the evening, Marie was delighted to note that this is Smart Casual’s first episode as finalists in the global Digiday Publishing Awards – we are nominated for Best Use of Voice, alongside fabulous company. Smart Casual, with IMAGE and Kildare Village, are the first Irish podcast to be nominated for the awards, so we are delighted to have that honour with us on the show.
