New Hero Foundation Alert!

New Hero Foundation Alert!

I am a huge fan of radiant foundations. In my view they add an extra element to the skin tone – that youthful glow we all crave!

Radiant foundations are not a new thing, some of the best were the NARS and Stila versions which launched over ten years ago, and they are still amazing products, but at a premium price. Last week, Rimmel launched their Match Perfection foundation into the radiance category and we were seriously impressed here at IMAGE beauty HQ!

MatchPerfectionFoundation_PRODUCT_01

It has a silky, satin texture with a medium coverage, which is all you need – anymore and you run the risk of looking caked! It also has some of that nifty blurring technology that is running through the cosmetics market at present to soften the look of pores – a very welcome addition you will find.

What impresses most is the finely tuned balance of the glow-giving properties and the level of coverage – it feels like a very premium product at a very acceptable price of €9.99. The shades are very true to real skin tones with shade 102 an exact match for my pale skin. With an SPF of 18 too, it’s a winner.

Hello new hero product, it’s very nice to meet you!
