Ho Ho Ho: Bobbi Brown’s Christmas Collection Is SO Good

See More Photos
It’s nearly impossible to dread the winter and the big C (Christmas, that is) when you get your mitts on Bobbi Brown’s incredible Christmas collection. With so many amazing options to choose between, whether you’re looking for a stocking filler for your daughter, mum, girlfriend or even feel you deserve a treat yourself, you needn’t look elsewhere.

What we love about this Christmas collection is that there’s nothing overtly Christmassy about it; the packaging isn’t all festive themed so you’ll be glad to use it time and time again, long after the Christmas period has wrapped, you’ve got colours you’ll wear right through the seasons and as is often the case with seasonal offerings, you’re not getting anything too ‘miniature’ here. Each and every item is worthy of inclusion in many a make-up bag.

Hitting Irish shelves on October 15th (early bird catches the worm, remember) we’re going to have to find room in our budget for the all important self-gifting. The Limited Edition Deluxe Cheek & Eye Palette is AMAZE. Yes, we like it so much we dropped the ‘ing’. This is a make-up junkie’s must-have, featuring a double-decker palette for eyes and cheeks. A fail-safe gift, the shades within compliment all skin tones. From the Cement Sparkle eyeshadow to the Desert Rose blush, you simply can’t go wrong.

If it’s something within the €30-40 bracket you’re after, their Mini Lip & Eye Palettes in both Caviar and Bellini are perfection. Introducing your teen to make-up? With a soft lilac eyeshadow and their show-stopping bright pink lip gloss, the Caviar palette is ideal while the Bellini palette will work wonders for anyone after a more natural look. €34 per palette. The younger generation will also be thrilled to discover the Lip Gloss Trio in their stocking. For €43 you’re getting full size tubes of Sequin (the kind of bronzed shade you’re likely to find a Kardashian or Jenner rocking), Pretty (a hot pinky shade) and Pink Oyster (a pearly light pink)

For the beauty fanatic that has it all, their limited edition brush sets are fab. Not only are Bobbi Brown’s brushes up there with the world’s best (seriously, check out our piece on their foundation brush), but the clutches in which the brushes come here are amazing in their own right. A make-up bag that doubles as a party clutch? Yes, please. The mini set is €74; the travel set is €160.

As for what really sets our hearts aflutter? The Art Stick Trio. The Art Stick has become one of our most loved beauty products. The pigment is strong, long lasting, the pencils are incredibly easy to use, and you’re getting so much bang for your buck here. For just €56 you can own all three shades (Electric Pink, Harlow Red and Brown Berry) and rest assured they’ll last forever.
