The best beauty looks from the 2020 Oscars

The best beauty looks from the 2020 Oscars

Last night’s Oscars were a star-studded affair, and gave us some of our favourite beauty looks of the season so far

With the 2020 Oscars taking place in LA last night, 2020 awards season is now behind us, and we already can’t wait for next year. This year’s awards cycle gave us some showstopping fashion and beauty moments, and, as everyone knows, the Oscars are the pinnacle of the season.

Last night’s festivities saw many stars embracing old Hollywood glamour — blonde waves, soft skin and a bold red lip were the choice of many of the night’s beauty teams. But that is not to say that this year’s beauty looks were predictable — accouterments such as hair accessories (as seen on Lucy Boynton) and bejewelled earrings (Caitriona Balfe and Sydney Sweeney were fans) offset the drama and gave us beauty inspiration for the next year.
