The wellness offering at this resort includes—but is not limited to—chakra balancing, detoxification, forest bathing, and tree hugging.

In order to reconnect, with both ourselves and the world around us, we often need to disconnect entirely, literally, from our phones and laptops and constant news cycle, but also spiritually, from the confines of routine and day-to-day stresses. In doing this, we allow ourselves to shed our old skin, and reacquaint ourselves with our own internal and external worlds anew, feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and realigned.

While many travel to explore the world, more still travel to explore, discover, and continue to rediscover themselves. It is for this reason that Heritage Le Telfair—a five-star golf and wellness resort in Mauritius—piqued our interest.

More than a sanctuary in paradise, Heritage Le Telfair opens the door to a journey of self-discovery, recovery, and adventure through a holistic and personalised Wellness Programme tailored to renew your mind and body.

Redefining the standard for wellness offerings across the board, the Wellness Programme truly is unparalleled, and with a UNESCO biosphere and stunning coastline on the doorstep, nature is at the core of Heritage Le Telfair’s wellness experience.

Having recently launched a new programme—‘Wellness Bliss’—reconnecting with nature has never felt so accessible. From forest bathing and coastal treks, all the way to tree-hugging, Heritage Le Telfair’s extensive selection of outdoor adventures allows guests to mindfully connect with Mother Nature, tapping into her essence and abundant energy.

This all-inclusive wellness package is crafted by the award-winning Seven Colours Spa, and encompasses fitness activities, massage therapy, nutrition, mindfulness, and forest bathing in the Bel Ombre Nature Reserve, providing a holistic approach to well-being.

With help and advice from a dedicated Wellness Ambassador, guests will curate their very own wellness journey by selecting the activities or packages that work towards their own goals and objectives. These include detoxification, weight loss, chakra balancing, and improved sleep, and are each designed and led by a team of experts, including a nutritionist, fitness coach, and therapist.

For a complete immersion into Heritage Le Telfair’s world of well-being, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the healthy snacks and beverages in the minibar to signature pillow mists at turndown, and the array of nutritious dining options available at the resort’s restaurants, guests will find everything they need to achieve their wellness goals.

In addition to Wellness Bliss, there’s also an array of complimentary activities to enrich the guests’ well-being journey. These include everything from pilates and Yin yoga for relaxation, to Aqua Tai chi for gentle water-based exercises, body balance sessions, and Tai chi for mindfulness and balance.

To go even further, there are also the unique experiences of aerial and sunset yoga, breathwork, and mobility and flexibility workouts.

The Wellness Bliss package is offered at £570 for a three-night Detox experience, to £1,150 for five nights. The Healthy Weight programme starts at £1,025 for seven nights. Alternatively, the Chakras Balancing and Yoga starts from £360 for three nights, while the Good Health and Better Sleep programme costs £730 for 10 nights. The Mauritian and Traditional Experience is offered to guests of the hotel for seven nights at £570.

Wellness Bliss at Heritage Le Telfair in Mauritius redefines the standard for wellness offerings, inviting guests to embark on a journey of self-discovery while basking in the breathtaking natural beauty of Mauritius. With a UNESCO biosphere and stunning coastline on the doorstep, nature is at the core of Heritage Le Telfair’s wellness experience.
