Try this crispy elderflower cocktail this bank holiday weekend

Experience the flavours of summer with the perfect drink created by the Absolut mixologists – an elderflower cocktail!

With the bank holiday finally here, we’re hearing up for the long weekend with this fresh and summery spin on a Tom Collins.

Absolut Elderflower Collins

Ingredients

  • Vodka
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Elderflower Cordial
  • Soda Water

Method

Add ice cubes to a highball glass or mason jar.

Pour 50ml of vodka, measure 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and add 20ml of elderflower cordial.

Stir and top with 150ml of soda water.

Garnish with a slice of lemon, or flower of your choice.
