Most restaurants are temporarily shut and paychecks are reduced, which has forced many of us cooking-challenged folk to start making dinners on a regular basis.
And while it’s easy to fall back on frozen pizzas and pre-made lasagnas, our meals can get boring quite quickly.
But not all gourmet meals have to be complicated. Here are eight delicious meals made with just a few ingredients, most of which you probably already have in the press:
