Supper Club: 8 all-in-one traybake recipes you can throw in the oven with no fuss

These flavourful traybake recipes are easy to make. Just prepare the ingredients, place them on a baking tray and let the oven do the rest.

The worst part about cooking is the clean up afterwards, especially if you’ve just cooked a large dinner for the whole family.

After filling yourself with a hot meal, the last thing you want to do is scrub pots and pans.

Traybakes are the easiest way to cook flavour-packed dinners without leaving a trail of dishes behind — prep the food, put it on a tray and pop it in the oven.

Here are eight simple and scrumptious traybake meals to try this week:

Chilaquiles with eggs and feta

Think sophisticated breakfast nachos, this delicious oven bake is made of tortilla chips topped with eggs, salsa, black beans and feta cheese. Recipe from Olive Magazine.

Spiced salmon with sag aloo

A great way to spice up the usual salmon and rice routine, sag aloo is a tasty, nutritious Indian potato dish. Recipe from BBC Good Food.

Sweet potato and chicken medley

This colourful dish is seasoned with garlic, thyme, rosemary and lemon. The secret is adding chicken stock to create a savoury gravy underneath. Recipe from Tesco Real Food.

Crusted lamb rack with rhubarb

Take advantage of rhubarb season by pairing it with Jamie Oliver’s almond and herb-coated lamb — a delectable balance of sweet and savoury. Recipe from Jamie Oliver.

Halloumi and mediterranean veg

Shrimp fajitas

This super easy fajita recipe takes just ten minutes to cook. Season shrimp, bell pepper, and onion before placing on a baking sheet. And don’t forget to serve with warm tortillas. Recipe from No. 2 Pencil.

Honey-sesame tofu and green beans

Vegetarian and dairy-free, this tofu and veggie recipe is surprisingly flavourful, with honey, ginger, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Recipe from The Kitchn.

Baked crab and lemon gnocchi

Although it does require some stovetop cooking, this crab and lemon gnocchi is superb. Top with parmesan and parsley and cook until golden and bubbling. Recipe from Olive Magazine.
