Going Stag

BASH editor Kate O’Dowd welcomed a choice gathering of colleagues, contributors and clients (plus a few excited readers) for an exclusive preview screening of Irish comedy The Stag. There were bubbles aplenty at Harvey Nichols, Dundrum – where prizes like Harvey Nichols vouchers and group nights out at Everleigh Garden were bestowed upon the night’s best Tweeters – before the buzzy group moved over to Movies @ Dundrum for lots goodies and giggles. But not before director John Butler warmed up the audience with comedic anecdotes and filmic inspirations. If laughs were anything to go by, the film went down well and the crowd went home happy.
