Instagram’s favourite sustainable loungewear brand is now available in Ireland

Instagram’s favourite sustainable loungewear brand is now available in Ireland

Rotate Sunday is the Internet’s favourite loungewear brand for staying stylish and comfy

Rotate Sunday is the brainchild of Internet darlings Jeanette Madsen and Thora Valdimars, founders of cult Copenhagen brand Rotate Birger Christensen. Both women are amongst the most photographed of fashion week’s street style set, instrumental in putting the Danish capital on the fashion map and the epitome of Scandi chic.

Both women’s distinct and unique design concepts, their penchant for electric bright colours and prints and their love of extravagant proportions has made them and their brand cult favourites of the style-obsessed scrollers the world over. As former fashion editors, their goal was to create a brand that was affordable but came with all the love and quality of high-end brands, which is exactly what they’ve done. They never get it wrong, and their latest collection is no different.

Created in the pandemic, Rotate Sunday is the brand’s first foray into loungewear since they launched in 2018. It’s a collection of cozy, chic separates that feel just as at-home on the couch or on your Zoom call as they do with heels at Copenhagen Fashion Week, if you’re as brave as the Rotate founders.

As part of the brand’s commitment to sustainability, each Rotate Sunday piece has been created from 100 per cent recycled materials or certified organic cotton, and the recycled polyester in the leggings and tank tops are from recovered post-consumer PET plastic bottles.

The range contains 26 relaxed and oversized pieces in five colourways; pink, red, olive green, turquoise and black. There are hoodies, tracksuits, tees., caps, crewnecks and more, embroidered with the college font logo.
