There’s nothing better than a festival in the sun, so if you’re looking for something to do with the kids, look no further! With a line-up including Imelda May, Delorentos and The Riptide Movement it really can’t be missed. It’s Ireland’s first family camping festival and has something for every member of the clan. Join Brian O’Driscoll, Steffan Fusco and Platinum Pilates for a day of fun, sun and fitness. This free event takes place from 10 am to 1.30 pm. If you will be attending pilates at 12 pm, don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat.

If you love a glass of vino, this event may be right up your alley. Join a guided tour to the best wine bars in Dublin while also tasting some delicious tapas. The tour kicks off at 3:30 pm on Saturday.

Bring the kids to Newbridge House and Farm in Donabate for an agricultural show; with unforgettable food and a family fun experience. The event is free but on-site parking will cost you €20, so park the car in the village and walk to the park or take the shuttle bus.

Is there anything cosier than a retro drive-in movie? Enjoy the big screen from the comfort of your own car, along with some tasty snacks including burgers, hotdogs, pizza, chips and doughnuts. Movies over the weekend include The Goonies, Stand By Me and The Hangover.

If you’re looking for something relaxing to do this weekend, why not try some rooftop yoga? This class is open to all levels and will practice movement, breathing exercises, meditation and deep relaxation with a magnificent view of Dublin’s Docklands, city and mountains.

For the first time ever, Tayto Park is having a two-day festival this weekend. Grab the whole family and ride the Cú Chulainn rollercoaster while listening to some great live music. The line-up includes The Blizzards, Key West and Jake Carter.
