‘Art of The Wilde’, a new collaboration between Perrier-Jouët, WILDE at the Westbury in Dublin and Helen Steele, launched last week to wonderful reviews.

Last Thursday, lovers of art and champagne gathered at WILDE at the Westbury in Dublin to celebrate the launch of Perrier-Jouët’s ‘Art of the Wilde’ — a vibrant new menu for the summer months with artwork designed by Irish Contemporary Artist Helen Steele. The collaboration is to celebrate Perrier-Jouët’s new Blanc de Blancs wine, with its very first presentation in Ireland at WILDE in Dublin.

Guests enjoyed an intimate dinner where they sampled the sumptuous new menu — an innovative creation by renowned Executive Chef, Sandeep Singh, inspired by the wine, artistic philosophy of Perrier-Jouët and the culinary delights of WILDE Dublin. Highlights included canapes of crab and avocado, chicken boudin and a zesty and sweet Amalfi Lemon Tart.

Blanc de Blancs, the new cuveé from Perrier-Jouët, was another highlight of the evening, paying tribute to the Chardonnay grape with a newly feminine and exuberant taste.

The ‘Art of the Wilde’ is a vision created by Maison Perrier-Jouët that can be traced back to the foundation of the Maison and has now been captured for the first time in a singular, extravagant interpretation by Helen Steele, who designed the beautiful menu covers for the collaboration. Maison Perrier-Jouët regularly partners with contemporary artists to bring its cultural heritage to life through the prism of the 21st century and were delighted to partner with Steele for the first time.

Art of The Wilde Summer Menu at Wilde at The Westbury is available Monday to Sunday from 12.30pm, the flight priced at 39.00 per person alongside the a la carte priced dish items. All bookings can be made through Wilde by telephoning (01) 6463352
