Grace Kelly Inspired Cocktail

If it’s the ultimate in elegant cocktails you’re after this weekend, we’ve got you covered. Stealing from The Shelbourne Hotel, one of Dublin’s most famous hotels, here we share their popular Grace Kelly-inspired cocktail, sure to impress your pals. It’s delicious.

The Princess Flower
Ingredients:
10ml St Germaine Elderflower
Dash of Plum Bitters
25.5ml Cr’me de violate
20ml Lemon peel/oil
Glass topped with Laurent Perrier Rose Champagne
Method
Add all but champagne and ‘shake
Pour into a coupe style cocktail glass (from Hollywood glamour era, picture of Princess Grace above drinking from one with Frank Sinatra – see below
Add Champagne
Rose petal GarnishWe’ve stolen the recipe for The Shelbourne’s Grace Kelly-inspired cocktail. It’s delicious.

The Princess Flower ingredients:

10ml St Germaine Elderflower
Dash of Plum Bitters
25.5ml Cr’me de violate
20ml Lemon peel/oil

Method:

Add all but champagne and shake
Pour into a coupe style cocktailglass
Add Champagne
Rose petalto garnish
